Diverting Calls, How do I do it?

Call diversion is available with all the main providers BT, Telewest or NTL You will need this activated and the current monthly charges vary according to service provider.

When you are ready to divert your telephone press the star key and enter one of the number options below, the unique number that we allocate to you, finally finishing with the hash key.

The three options are shown below.
